Our massage therapist, Ali, assesses your needs during a consultation and tailors every treatment to you. Ali is qualified in Sports, Remedial, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Pregnancy and Indian Head massage, plus Cupping and Reflexology — and is registered with the IMTA (health insurance rebates may apply). Sessions run for 1 hour — whole body or a targeted area — following a short consultation, and can help with back pain, stress, joint pain, insomnia, migraine, sports injuries, tension, water retention and inflammation.

Pregnancy massage

For expectant mums, our pregnancy massage draws on Mama Mio techniques — including gentle exfoliation and moisturising strokes, a soothing scalp massage, abdomen and leg work to support tummy muscles, and a calming face, head, neck and shoulder sequence.

Please note we can't perform massage during the first 3 months of pregnancy, or during cancer treatment. Book this session under Pregnancy Massage in the price list below.
