Shipping policy

Processing & delivery: Orders are shipped via An Post, with delivery in approximately 4 business days.

Shipping cost: €5.50 flat rate

Coverage: We currently ship within Ireland and Northern Ireland only.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your delivery address and Eircode at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address, and a re-delivery fee may apply if a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable.

Changing delivery details: Once an order has shipped, we're unable to change the delivery address. If you need to redirect a parcel after dispatch, you'll need to contact An Post directly using the tracking link provided.

Lost or damaged packages: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos as proof, and we'll arrange a replacement.
