What is ContrAge?

ContrAge is a cosmeceutical skincare line developed by a leading plastic surgeon working alongside a team of skin specialists. Its formulas use active, medical-grade ingredients to target visible concerns — with a particular focus on calming redness and rosacea, brightening dull skin and evening out tone.

At Eden we deliver two ContrAge in-clinic treatments:

  • ContrAge Vit C Facial — brightening and anti-inflammatory, suitable for all skin types.
  • ContrAge Azela Peel — a gentle, Azelaic Acid–based peel designed for redness, rosacea-prone skin and pigmentation.

Two treatments, two skin goals

ContrAge Vit C Facial combines a deep cleanse and exfoliating scrub with a pure Vitamin C serum applied using ultrasound to help it penetrate more deeply. A pure Vitamin C mask is layered on, then finished with an LED light therapy mask. The result is a brightening, lightening and anti-inflammatory facial that suits all skin types.

ContrAge Azela Peel is built around 10% Azelaic Acid — a gentle, well-tolerated active that suits sensitive and reactive skin. Rather than stripping the skin, it calms visible redness, evens tone and improves pigmentation over a course of treatments, making it a strong option for rosacea-prone or reactive complexions that don't tolerate stronger peels.

Both treatments are cosmeceutical-grade, and both fit into a longer plan you can maintain at home with the ContrAge retail range.

Main benefits

  • Calms redness & rosacea

Azelaic Acid is gentle enough for reactive skin while still visibly reducing redness over time.

  • Brightens & evens tone

The Vit C Facial delivers a visibly brighter, lighter, more even-toned complexion.

  • Anti-inflammatory

Both treatments are designed to calm rather than aggravate the skin.

  • Medical-grade formulation

Developed by a plastic surgeon and skin specialist team, using active, cosmeceutical-strength ingredients.

Results timeline

What to expect over time

Azelaic Acid works gently and gradually — results build across a course of treatments rather than dramatically after one session.

  1. Results timeline — confirmed with your therapist

A day-by-day recovery and results timeline for ContrAge treatments isn't published here yet. Your therapist will walk you through what to expect at each stage during your consultation, based on your skin and the number of sessions planned.

Is this right for you?

  • Who is this suitable for?

Confirmed at consultation. The Vit C Facial suits all skin types, especially those wanting brightness and an anti-inflammatory boost. The Azela Peel is designed for redness, rosacea-prone skin, pigmentation and sensitive/reactive skin that doesn't tolerate stronger peels well.

  • Who may not be suitable?

Confirmed at consultation. Both treatments involve active ingredients. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, using strong actives like retinoids or acids at home, or have any relevant skin conditions or medications, please raise it when you book so we can confirm the right approach for you.

Pre-treatment & aftercare

  • Before your appointment

Confirmed at consultation. If you're using any strong actives at home — retinoids, acids or vitamin C — mention them when you book so we can plan the right treatment interval and avoid over-stimulating the skin.

  • Aftercare

Given at your appointment. Both treatments are calming rather than stripping, but your therapist will still give you tailored aftercare — including SPF guidance and homecare recommendations from the ContrAge retail range where relevant.

Calm skin, real results

At Eden Beauty Group we've spent years working with sensitive, rosacea-prone and reactive skin — the exact type of complexion ContrAge is built for. Each treatment is delivered by an experienced therapist, tailored to your skin and grounded in consultation. The goal isn't to shock the skin — it's to calm it, brighten it, and build results you can maintain at home.
